This Week:

• The Scholastic Book Fair will be held all week in the large gym. Students will have the opportunity to view items for sale, and then purchase at a later date. Please consult the information package which went home last week. 
• Room 11 had previewed the books available at the book fair, and will be able to purchase books, etc. after recess on Wednesday. 
• Book Fair Family Event Night will take place on Wednesday, April 26 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. 

Next Week:

• Earth Rangers assembly will take place on Thursday, May 4. 

School Maker Faire will take place at TELUS Spark! from 5:30 to 8:30 pm on May 10.

• For the next several days, the kids will be working on their Inside Out projects, inspired by the Zones of Regulation program. The project asks that the kids look back on a "core" memory of theirs, and that they represent it in any way they choose. We will be presenting the projects at the end of next week, so there will be a hard deadline on this one. Click here for the handout and here for the assessment rubric.
• Walking field trip to Bowness Park on Wednesday, April 19. 
• Earth Day is Saturday, April 22.
